This project required the complete precision measurement and rebuild of a Floway multi-stage vertical turbine pump rebuild for a New Zealand geothermal power station at short notice, focusing on delivering improved performance and long-term reliability for our client.
As the exclusive New Zealand distributor for Trillium Flow Technologies pumps, including the Floway brand vertical turbine pump (VTP), Qualtex was ideally placed to support the client with this critical pump overhaul.
This project involved:
- On-site precision measurement and careful pump removal.
- A high-precision measurements and overhaul in our workshop, addressing every component with expert care.
- Re-installation on-site, ensuring the pump was ready to perform at its best.
